Mark’s desire is simply this, “Help people in the name and love of Jesus Christ”. Everything he strives toward in life and ministry is summed up in that. Well, Yoda helps too. “Do or do not, there is no try.” Mark was born in Alabama, grew up in Tennessee, and finally made it to the glorious, wonderful, biased state of Texas for college. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2003. Mark served in Student Minister for eight years. Before coming to Fellowship of Oso Creek, Mark served as Senior Pastor in Caldwell, TX. In his spare time you can find Mark at the beach, running errands for his family, and growing an EPIC beard. His favorite thing to do though is to sit in dark corners with a cup of coffee (black) and his wife. Mark and Alexis have been married since 2003, and they have two children Elijah and Sara Jo.

Robert, aka Superman, was called to ministry the summer before his senior year in High school. Robert was very shy and had great difficulty speaking in front of others, believe it or not. Robert chose not to let his inadequacies define him. Trusting God, Robert prayed for the skills needed to do what He called him to do. Robert attended Texas Bible Institute for two years and graduated in 2003 with a diploma. Robert met his wife, Judith, at church and they have been married since 2005. They have two adorable children, Orion and Ever. Robert has been serving at Fellowship of Oso Creek since 2012. Robert is now attending Hardin Simmons University toward a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies.
